The Odyssey Group's goal is to find a solution for those who need to sell their home, but have unique complications either financially, or with the condition of the home, that prevents them from selling through a traditional real estate transaction.  While listing the home traditionally may be an option, we help sellers determine if that is really the best solution for them.  Other options could include The Odyssey Group purchasing the home directly, to fix and sell/rent the home, or we could find another buyer/contractor who would take on the project.
