Most people don't think about real estate investing, other than the purchase of their own home.  However, we believe that anyone with a little extra cash, and a desire to earn more than the 2% their savings account brings in (annually!), can become a Private Real Estate Investor.

We partner with several investors as we buy and renovate homes.  We borrow money at the beginning, and pay a great return at the end--far better than that little savings account, or even a 12-month CD!  

 

In short, an investor can fill the following roles:

1. Fund the purchase of a home--This is larger sum of money, used to buy a home outright, and could run anywhere from $75,000 to $500,000.

2. Fund the renovation of a home--Depending on the size of the project, funding the renovation work could be anywhere between $20,000 to $135,000

3. Gap Funding--This is money lent to cover a variety of items, such as monthly holding costs, utilities, Title Company closing costs, Earnest Money Deposits, etc.  Amounts range from $3,000 up to $20,000
